Pewter Live is an annual design competition which has become a noted and influential three day event held in June in the very heart of the City. In the impressive surroundings of the Court and Livery Rooms of Pewterers’ Hall, Pewter Live showcases exciting and innovative work of both established and student designers. The Lord Mayor and Sheriffs regularly attend Pewter Live as well as Masters of other major Livery Companies, the receptions which run in conjunction with the event are attended by professionals from across the City and those in the forefront of the world of design. Past guests have included HRH The Prince of Wales, Sir Terence Conran and Sir Christopher Frayling. This year our VIP guest will be Viscount Linley who will present the prizes on a lavish ceremony at Pewterers’ Hall on Thursday 10th June. The Chairman of the judges is Sebastian Conran, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Pewterers. Now in its 21st year, Pewter Live 2010 promises to be more widely promoted than ever before and will offer valuable opportunities to sponsors. We are currently seeking new advertisers with an established high quality profile for this year’s extensive Pewter Live catalogue.
