It is important that you read and understand the terms under
which we agree to hire the hall and supply services. Confirmation
of booking our services in writing will be taken as acceptance of
our quoted charges and these terms.

When a provisional booking is made, it must be confirmed
within 48 hours.

When a firm booking is made a booking form must be filled out
and either emailed or faxed, with all requirements (numbers,
caterer, extra equipment needed, room setup, etc).

The Company must receive a 25% deposit prior to the event
being held.

All details must be in writing and firmly fixed before the
event.

If the details of your event are not faxed or emailed to the
Hall, the Beadle and his staff are not responsible for any details
which have been omitted.

When a firm booking is made and then cancelled at short
notice, a full charge will be made.
